As the title suggests, I have encountered an incompatibility issue when running both this mod and Kerbalism. The issue has to do with how each mod changes solar panels. With this mod installed, it appears to edit solar panels in a way in which Kerbalism will not simulate them if you are away from the craft. This causes things like probes, relays, etc, to lose power and can make the game extremely tedious if not unplayable.
Is a patch to fix the compatibility issues between the mods possible?

Not a dev, but if I had to guess it would be this kopernicus patch. If the bug appears with other solar system mods that use this same kopernicus patch, then it's definitely that and you'd probably have to talk to kopernicus to discuss a solution.
