Adds Fire, Sonic, and Melee touch cantrips.

Sonic cantrips lose a die size.

Melee touch cantrips gain a size.

By default, wizard and magus get the fire/ice/lightning/acid touches and the new fire ray.

Sonic is available only via proliferation options on the parent module.
