Adds command to roll dice via dice-strings, e.g.:

!roll 3d6
<bobbit> Rolling 3d6: 5, from [2 + 2 + 1]

WIP, going to add constant addition/subtraction factors, and the keep/drop notation. Does this adhere to the usual style for other modules? Done.
