Snapshot strategy where we calculate amount of PSP tokens staked in sePSP2 and multiply by 2.5 boost
In a nutshell:

  1. balSePSP2 = user's balance of sePSP2
  2. pspInSePSP2 = PSP part of balSePSP2
  3. final vote power = pspInSePSP2 * 2.5

Run tests with yarn test --strategy=psp-in-sepsp2-balance
