New Features

  • pParse: Improved precursor detection for low-abundance ions and incomplete isotopic clusters, increasing the accuracy of identification.

Breaking Changes

  • Default Data Format: PFB/PFC is now the default I/O format for data processing.
  • MGF File Export: MGF files are no longer exported by default. However, this setting can be customized based on user preferences.
