I can confirm that this fixes both the custom TrackerControl, as well as the tool tips on Windows. For both of them I also see horizontal and vertical lines now (marking the clicked coordinate), which have not been there before. Thanks for the PR!

I'll note that the change regarding the horizontal and vertical lines seems to affect all platforms (not only Windows). I tested on Android, and there I see them as well (different from before).
