docs(docgen): improve documentation code generation

Proposed Changes

• Build docs with custom script instead of vue-docgen-cli
• Add tsx and use typescript as docs script lanugage
• Improve vue-docgen-api with vue-component-meta integration using a custom parser
• Add alphabetical order for component props type documenation
