Red Hat requires that the base image is a Red Hat image (RHEL or UBI) in order for the OCI CCM/CSI driver to be certified to run on the OpenShift application platform. I am hoping Yashwant Gohokar (@ypgohoka) @YashwantGohokar (or anyone else on his team) can run E2E test for us to help verify this change.
