@sandersms please check if you pinned the used tool versions in msandersdell/bufbuild-go-gen

Items in the bufbuild-go-gen are versioned in the dockerfile as we discussed at https://github.com/sandersms/bufbuild-go-gen. The issue with the python files is in the buf.gen.yaml file where the python processing is not pinned. I will open an issue to track adding that check to the renovate as well as updating the version in the file. See issue #433
