yate: bump to git snapshot from 2024-09-03 #883

There hasn't been a yate release for years but development continues on github. Let's update the OpenWrt package to a github snapshot.

Maintainer: @jslachta
Compile tested: ramips, Netgear R6850, master + 23.05
Run tested: ramips, Netgear R6850, 23.05, SIP (registration (incoming + outgoing), call routing, calls)

There hasn't been a yate release for years but development continues
on github. Let's update the OpenWrt package to a github snapshot.

@micmac1, I've run tests, and Yate is working well in three environments: Marcell 385, MT7986AV, and Marvell 3700LP.
