…e is gzipped but with old uncompressed LDM records inside, the other file (same volume) contains te new bzip2 compressed LDM records.

@mgrover1 I'll go ahead an merge tomorrow and and do a release to unlock #158. Do not hesitate to merge/release if you can free some time. Btw, do we need to cite or declare provenance for the included radar data? |

Those can be used to test the two NEXRAD level2 file flavors which should contain the same data.
