I have a couple of fixes to put in:
* Typos in the documentation
* Some examples in the documentation were not showing. That is fixed.
* The Jax engine's point cost function was throwing errors. This has been fixed.
* The Jax engine was broken in newer versions of Jax when looking for an x64-based system. This has been fixed.
