+## Zowe Annual Review
+
+Sean Grady presented the Zowe Annual Review.
+
+Giancarol Frix motioned to renew the Zowe project.  Mike Friesenegger seconded, and all were in favor.
+
+**RESOLVED** - That the Zowe project is hereby renewed for another year at the active phase.
+
+## TAC Vice Chair Election
+
+John Mertic reported that the election will take place at the next TAC meeting on December 12, 2024.
