Support for OpenRefine 3.8.4+ (which introduced some security fixes)
Note that the test import-csv-ignoreQuoteCharacter.sh fails with OpenRefine 3.8. The option “Use character ... to enclose cells containing column separators” (ignoreQuoteCharacter) of the new CSV/TSV importer (OpenRefine 3.8) behaves differently than before (OpenRefine 3.7). A ticket for further investigation has been created in the OpenRefine repo.
