Fineract currently provides Loan reschedule preview functionality through its API, but this functionality is missing from the web app.
This PR adds a Loan Reschedule Preview, so the user can see the reschedule plan before approving or rejecting it.
This PR also fixes a navigation bug related to reschedule requests on the Task Inbox screen.
