Also,

  1. Bumps the version so that users received the fixed metadata
  2. Bump reason-react since it's meant to work with sibling packages of same version

Why are you making a new release (0.14.1) with the sources for an old release (0.14.0)?

this conflicts with the actual release that I'm going to make today, 0.14.1

Closing this PR as #26012 makes reason-react (and it's ppx) available on OCaml 5.2
