Massive PR which involves:

  • the new docs framework
  • pulling all the docs into a single cohesive project with subprojects, instead of 3 mdbooks
  • rewrite of the network docs and dev docs
  • update to operators docs
  • the start of a 🌞 Bright New Future 🌞

todo

  • remove old docs
  • fix build issue
  • CI
  • remove old scripts not needed by new CI
