@anna-abelman, looks a little better but still a bit too crowded when viewing on my laptop - I attached a screenshot of what the gui upload page looks like on my laptop. Also, the text is pretty small now when viewing from my other monitor. Could we set the text size to a relative value that will scale with screen size? I wonder if we could do the same with the sidepanel, because I think the large sidepanel size when viewing from a laptop screen crowds the main panel.

@Paul-Carvalho let me know if this looks better. Also, this change made the position of the new notifications awkward, but I wasn't sure how to fix it. Do you mind taking at look at this? |

@anna-abelman, let me know if you have any questions about comments I added. Overall the small font scale looked good on my laptop and external monitor. The big theme looked a bit crowded on both monitors for me.
@Paul-Carvalho can you see if this looks better on your laptop? It looks small on mine, but not sure if that is the case for other laptops
