  • Fixed bug in Population Parameters table when copy/pasting it to itself (It wasn't working because the covariate columns are hidden)
  • Fixed Predation and Competition matrix bug by effectively switching the i,j matrix indices for matrix operations
  • Fixed bug preventing forecast not lining up with estimation plot when user checks the Historical Data checkbox
  • Added inverse as well as non-inverse bottom temperature covariate data
  • Added better error catching for nlopt errors
  • Added Normal as well as Uniform noise for simulated biomass data (updated Simulated Data GUI - Ctrl+s)
  • Modified first year of the Biomass vs Time and Multi-Run plots to omit the observed biomass data point
  • Modified initial parameters of species so that their initial r values are reasonable and that their estimation plots look as good as possible
