Release Instructions

  • Import updated keyrun_2022.sql file if want to reset all tables to match Howard's starting spreadsheet

Release Notes

  • Fixed bug with using, for time=0, the Estimated Biomass instead of the Initial Biomass
  • Modified code by removing time=0 row from biomass for fitness calculations
  • Modified database .sql file with Howard’s table data that gives good initial plots for the species
