Follow these steps to set up and run TerraChat on your local machine:

Install Dependencies:
pip install poetry poetry install npm install -g pnpm cd frontend pnpm install -
Start the Python Server:
poetry run python server.py

Start the Frontend Server:
cd frontend pnpm dev
Once started, the application will be accessible at http://localhost:5173.
You can also run the project using the start_terrachat script:
./start_terrachat.shThis script will handle all necessary steps to start the application.
