oh well, I guess since no actual dcm2niix is invoked -- all is good here besides a single test test_crashfile_creation leading to /opt/hostedtoolcache/Python/3.11.5/x64/bin/python: can't open file '/tmp/t': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
