Users on the "M1" ARM architecture found on newer macs may experience issues
trying to install `Inline::Perl5` using Perl which has been compiled without
[Xcode](https://developer.apple.com/xcode/) installed the machine. Switching to
system Perl and then installing `Inline::Perl` should fix the problem.
Alternatively, download and install Xcode and compile Perl with the options
noted above and then install `Inline::Perl` with the newly compiled version
of Perl.
