Able to Lock window so it can't be deleted. An Open Locked Window will not add any new tabs. Todo add feature on unlock to ask if user want to add any open pages in that window

I'm very much wondering when this will get implemented into the Chrome Extension. This would be simply amazing features to have!!! |

Added two Button to bottom of list for exporting and importing saved windows. Exports file to JSON format. #8
Added Locking feature that the locked window can't be changed. In the Image both tabs have 3 windows open but the locked window only is listed as having one. Feature #10
