Description
Add scrpts and tests to measure the efficiency of the statistical tests in use.
It is still a work in progress
Why is this PR needed?
I want a further exploration of the tests in use and some metrics to keep track of them
What does this PR do?
Adds a test file that runs the statistical tests against random data, collects the p-values, and generates a report
How has this PR been tested?
Not yet tested, but it is a test itself
