I expect Gary/Stephen know this, but looks like we need to fix some of the git to not overwrite changes made since last sync with drift manager.

Yep, this was a known issue for this release. Adding the Model names, which was required to start tracking changes in models/views/filters/tables was added to this repo. Therefore, Drift Manager thinks that these files are new, after this PR, Drift Manager will remember the changes.
