Fix reload()

For some reason activateConstraints and deactivateConstraints might contain same constraints. That requires further investigation but deactivating after activating solves the consequences of the issue in my case.

any news on that? i have the same issue when adding constraints for ex. like this

view.easy.layout(
    Top().when { !self.isSomeViewHidden },
    Top(8).when { self.isSomeViewHidden }
)

the fix from @aspcartman seems to work for me
