there already exists a docker here: https://hub.docker.com/r/mgibio/agfusion
there is also a docker for the tool here: https://hub.docker.com/r/mgibio/agfusion/tags
but it is outdated. we may consider to create our own dockerfile using the following as a jumping off point: https://github.com/genome/AGFusion/blob/master/Dockerfile

This tool will re-evaluate in-frame out-of-frame and add ensembl annotations and protein domain information. It will also produce visualizations.
