- Check that pysamstats is not double-counting overlapping reads
- Report back to innovation team about this
- Graph noise with N vs. noise ACGT
- See if there is a relationship b/w more N / more noise
- Plot that shows A/C/G/T ratios at each of the top N noisiest positions
- Deletions should also be used in thresholding operation when included in noise
