TMoPageControl

this PageControl component makes a button pop up in each tab to close the page.
I got the codes from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2201850/how-to-implement-a-close-button-for-a-ttabsheet-of-a-tpagecontrol while creating this component.
December 18 2023 - Added OnCloseTabSheet event property to allow closing any tab(s).
