The System Is Down!

The instance of Scrumbugz at scrumbu.gs is no more. The site lived out its usefulness and is now a footnote in the history of process efficiency tools at Mozilla. It seems to have had a positive impact while people used it, and then as a data point in what tools were needed in future.
