Description
Ran through the set up instructions to run this app locally. Perused through the code base to familiarize myself. Wanted to do a quick first pass of improvements.

.env.samplefile which contributors can copy as their own local git ignored.envfile..nvmrcfile that is inline with the node engine declared in package.json.packages/backend/package.jsonto address the warnings in.../auth.ts
