Clone the site into projects/docker site. Start command is sh k1run.sh [folder] [option] [option2]
Updated code to add in a script to:

• have a single script to start / stop / rebuild etc a moodle site, with the ability to choose different Moodle sites;
• updated php.ini script to increase max_file_size to 2G;
• added in 3 adminer plugins - readable-dates, table-header-scroll, pretty-json-column.
• added in local.yml_many -which gets copied to local.yml when the script is run. If multiple sites used - local.yml_single so adminer not started.
