New features

The optional parameter to set the Docker host to connect to is now passed with "-H".

$ dry -H tcp://localhost:2376

Also PageDown/PageUp scrolling has been added for logs, inspect.

A nasty bug related to channel management have been fixed.

Tested on Linux, it works as expected but there are some minor visual differences.
