Decoding and Analyzer for 5G DCI Messages. There is also a dci_proj_test that we used for testing purposes. The main decoding that we did is contained in dm_collector_c/nr_dci_message.h, and the Analyzer is in mobile_insight/analyzer/nr_dci_analyzer.py.
