- Refactor "mittwald_app" resource
- Refactor app update
- Add debug logging to API client
- Do not log request bodies by default
- Make "UpdateAppInstallation" not do anything when no updaters were provided
- Refactor mittwald_mysql_database resource
- Make app/database linkage work as intended
- Fix cronjob refresh
- Fix diagnostics pointers
