Also remove unused file in .github folder, update policyID in social media and send verification fee

Okay, @0xj4m35, I have finished the changes on the Git repository and am currently working on the policyID for social media. I have a question regarding the verification fee. I believe I read in the documentation that if I made the registry on Minswap, I didn't need to pay the fee. I have no trouble paying it if it is necessary, but do I have to pay the fee or not?
