Added OTP and Profile pages UI

Fixes #682

• Added UI for OTP and Profile
• Added validators for both the pages

@Asymtode712, I think there is no need for it because this page is for creating a new account after email verification. If the email is not verified, then how will the user set everything from here? It also takes up space.

@Asymtode712, after clicking on continue on the OTP page, it should open the username and password page. Also, add a small black arrow here so the user can go back to change the email.
