Backend Integrated for Recovering the blogs after 30 days and Backend Integrated for blocking the post

In this pr i did following things :

• I have created a backend api for recovering the blog
• Integrated that api with frontend
• I have created the api for blocking the post
• I have Integrated that as well with frontend
• I have also updated all the states real time

closes : #1181

Note For Reviewers Points Breakdown ( Level 3 )

• Created two backend api's for deleting as well as recovering the post ( 30 - 35 points )
• Updated all the states real time and to show the deleted blogs just in the deleted blogs tab in the page ( 15 - 20 points )
