This release rebases Cutcon on Clipper making many changes and improvements.

- Fix the bug with converting video format with no video to MP4
- Fix the problem with speed fast icon having too narrow a stroke
There are two app variants:
- Full: Which supports viewing and playing most common media files (NOT tested)
- Regular: Which supports a selection of formats and codecs
Notes
- The output formats are currently limited to raw/original, MP4, and MP3
- If a media is cut, the result will be accurate only up to 300 milliseconds.
This is because, under the hood, VLC is used and VLC times are not precise - For the full variant, antiviruses may falsely detect some VLC files as threat.
Exclude those files in your antivirus. Or, download the regular variant of the app
