List of cards that will not be implemented on Xmage

As a general rule we try to implement as many cards on Xmage as we can; however, we deem some cards very unlikely or impossible to implement.
Unless otherwise indicated, asterisks indicate silver-bordered cards.
Theoretically these could be implemented, but the technical hurdles are substantial.
