localDataStorage.setscramblekey( value )

This method sets the stored global scramble key to value.

Note that scramble keys can be any value and of any data type.

EXAMPLES:

● localData.setscramblekey( 'scrambled keys' )
● localData.setscramblekey( 99.97 )
● localData.setscramblekey( [1234] )
● localData.setscramblekey( {'a':['1']} )
