Reorder workspaces

This PR intends to progress the work done on ferdium#497

Steps to debug:

git clone https://github.com/m-roberts/ferdium-app.git -b reorder-workspaces
cd ferdium-app
git remote add upstream [email protected]:ferdium/ferdium-app.git
git submodule update --init --recursive --remote --rebase --force
nvm install v16.19.0
nvm use v16.19.0
pnpm i -g [email protected]
./scripts/build-unix.sh
pnpm debug
