Issue 61 - Allow Keycloak administration across realms by specifying a different realm for authentication. To avoid constructor ambiguity, use named arguments. (For example: var client = new KeycloakClient("https://some.url", "tHiSiSmYcLiEnTsEcReT", authRealm: "master");)
