Release v0.1.2

Bug fix: This release fixes an important bug when selecting the deletion threshold days, that lead to deleting submissions with a threshold value of 15 days early.

• It is possible to select values from 0 to 60 days, but the default pre-selected value in the form is 15.

This release is compatible with OJS 3.3
