Version 1.1

• It's now in package structure, so can be installed by pip (locally, not through PyPI).
• There's analysis packages and an analysis documentation
• The database management is organized and has lots of new features
• The Red Cell QC Curation GUI is working with lots of new features
• There's also significant new documentation explaining what's going on with an emphasis on standard usage.

Version 1.0

This version contains the new (hopefully permanent) oneData format. Info can be found at the spreadsheet, which will be availabe later (contact Andrew if you need the oneData table and he hasn't uploaded it somewhere yet!).

The new oneData formatting follows the conventions set by this template.

Version 0

Version 0 contains the basis of the repository. It contains many useful functions, but has not been fully used yet, and still uses the original (inefficient & confusing) oneData formatting in which information was referred to by it's sample index, rather than it's time.
