New endpoint: GET /addresses/{address}/label - returns the label of this address

Create script for table:

CREATE TABLE address_labels (
  address varchar(70) PRIMARY KEY,
  label varchar(100) NOT NULL
);

Init script to follow


          Implement address label endpoint
