feat(new-demo): use the new kuma-counter-demo

This is the first step of moving all the demo to be based from kuma-counter-demo.

The goal is very much to pin things and use manifests directly available in the repo kumahq/kuma-counter-demo#65

You can use kuma-demo:// to link to resources in the demo repo. I'd like to get a bit a frontend time to be able to render the actual yaml for the user if possible
