ETHDenver hackathon submission release

Basic functionalities for Portex that was developed for ETHDenver hackathon submission with the following features:

• Create a crypto portfolio account and add addresses
• Request other's portfolio account information
• Accept/ deny the portfolio access requests
• Securely share the portfolio information
