Update v0.8.1 for Beat Saber 1.39.1+ & 1.29.1

• Improved timeout handling when you're downloading at very low speed
• Possibly fixed cases under which the game could crash #27 (Thanks @nicoco007)

I've also attached a seperate 1.29.1 compatible release
